Terms and Conditions
We give our sincere assurance, providing the conditions below are fulfilled, we will give a full and immediate refund on any of our goods which does not satisfy your requirements or is in any other way not fit for purpose.
All transactions undertaken are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. We will undertake to fulfil your order in an efficient and timely manner and to ensure your complete satisfaction with our product. We will endeavour to fulfil your requirements exactly as ordered but hope you will appreciate there may be the odd occasions when the requested goods are temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, you will be immediately notified and given the opportunity to either cancel or hold your order. It may be an alternative will be acceptable but if not we will generally receive a new delivery within 10 - 14 days. We will keep you updated on any problems or further delays with your order and at any time we will give an immediate refund on demand, providing no alternative has already been despatched. Refunds and Returns Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 7 working days of receiving the goods if they are in anyway dissatisfied with the purchase. During this period, customers should take proper and reasonable care of the goods and if they are found to be unsuitable return them promptly, in the original packaging. If returning, you must do so using Recorded Delivery which will be signed for by us, if we do not receive the goods, we will not process a refund. You may request an exchanged product subject to the additional postage requirement. Payment Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal but we will accept Cheques ( subject to bank clearing times ) and Credit Cards (which are subject to a 3% surcharge ) in which ever case goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Goods may be sent either by Recorded Delivery or Courier, in custom protective packaging, and will have to be signed for on receipt. Goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance unless we have advised you previously of an unforeseen problem which might cause delay. The cost of Packaging and Delivery is £3.50. Your Privacy We are committed under the Data Protection Act 1998, to protect your details and will never pass them to any third parties or individuals for marketing or any other purposes. Please be aware that by using our site and purchasing goods from us you agree to accept all of our terms and conditions.
